In case you wish to return or exchange your order, or some items in your order (PAN India):

Rafec wants you to be happy with your purchases. We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within **ten (10) days** after delivery of the order.

Please note that our store policy states the buyer will be responsible for any **return logistics** unless the return is due to an error on our part. The payment and the liability of completed return delivery lies with the buyer for domestic orders as well.

In the event of a return, please include the **original receipt** with your return. The product tags must be **intact** and the product must be **unused** and in the **original condition**.

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the returned/exchanged product is delivered to our warehouse. We will refund your due order amount in the form of **credit to your Rafec Wallet** for future shopping with us (**refunds will NOT be processed as cash or bank transfers**).

In case you wish to return or exchange your order, or some items in your order (International Orders):

Please note that if the return is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be liable to pay **return shipping charges, customs/import duties and any other applicable charges** for international returns.

The refund process for international returns will be initiated once the returned/exchanged product is delivered to our warehouse. We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after placing it. Please connect with our **Customer Support Team** so they can attempt to accommodate your request and make necessary changes.

Exceptions to request:

  • We cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications if the order has **already been dispatched** from our warehouse.
  • For modification, the requested replacement product must be **available**.
  • **Customized orders** cannot be cancelled or modified if production has begun.
  • Order modification requests are **independent of any promotions or offers**.

For prepaid orders, any excess amount paid will be refunded as **credit to your Rafec Wallet** which you can use for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

We follow a simple policy: cancellation depends only on whether the order has been **shipped** from our warehouse or not.

  • If the order **HAS been shipped**, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications. In such cases, please initiate a return once you receive the shipment (subject to return policy conditions).

Exceptions to request:

  • **Customized items** requested by you cannot be cancelled.
  • Rafec reserves the right to cancel any order in case of **quality issues, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances**. You will be informed by our team if this happens and any refund or store credit due will be processed to your **Rafec Wallet**.
